As Behavioral Health education is one of OHEA's top priorities, OHEA will be hosting three events this year highlighting Ballot Measure 110 and HB 4002. The purpose of these events is to educate community members on what changed since the passing of HB 4002, what work is being done by BM110's Oversight and Accountability Council and a look into how the changes are affecting community members from community based organizations.
